An auction in honor of Matt
Tacoma mourns the sudden loss of Matt Driscoll, who worked as a columnist for The News Tribune but whose life centered around his family and love for community.
The creative forces behind Tacoma's Beautiful Angle have generously offered two letterpress posters for auction — posters Matt himself wrote about — to defray the cost of a community celebration of Matt's life. Matt's Memorial Bash is scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 15, at McMenamins Spanish Ballroom in Tacoma. Auction closed at 9 p.m. Monday, Sept. 16.
